| Upon graduation from the University of Waterloo with a Major in Science, Ms. Preston began a career in the field of Information Technology. Over a period in excess of twenty years, she has held various positions of ever increasing responsibilities with a number of prominent Canadian technology companies during which she gained an enviable reputation for her ability to manage large scale, complex projects. Ms. Preston continues to assist clients in the management of major crown projects and large systems development organizations. |

 | Gordon Wilson | |

| Mr. Wilson has an educational background in Computer Technology and Business Management and obtained degrees from Acadia University and the University of Ottawa. Since 1982, he has worked in the Information Technology industry attaining increasingly senior positions in the fields of system consulting and business development. He is the recipient of a prestigious Ministers Award from Revenue Canada for his consultative endeavours. |

| Upon joining AMITA in 1990 as an owner, Mr. Wilson has held various executive responsibilities including finance, business operations and marketing. His current endeavours involve market expansion within the Government Sector as well as overall corporate expansion within a broader, more diversified client base. |

 | Sonny Lundahl | |

| A Civil Engineer by training in his native Sweden, Mr. Lundahl migrated to Canada in 1972 and immediately embarked on a career in Information Technology. He worked for a number of prominent Ottawa based companies as Director of Technology Development. In 1991, he became owner in the AMITA Corporation. |

| During his tenure with AMITA, Mr. Lundahl has been instrumental in the development of the corporation's technology delivery strategy and the application of ISO Standards. More recently, he has been responsible for implementation of the company's marketing strategy to diversify the company's client base in the Telecommunication Sector. In addition, he has assumed responsibility for expanding the company's international operations. |
